All of our trainers are qualified Level 3 Personal Trainers with years of success and experience in the industry.

We will have a limited number of gym memberships available. Each gym member will receive a carefully tailored programme designed to your goals. We have limited memberships available
CPF 8 WEEK FAT LOSS CHALLENGE
Join our CPF 8 Week Fat Loss Challenge and over an 8 week period we will support you to achieve a mind blowing transformation. Importantly, at the end of the 8 weeks you will also be educated and motivated to sustain your new lifestyle for the long term.
PRIVATE FEMALE ONLY 28 DAY CHALLENGE
Three sessions a week at our Independent, friendly Glasgow Gym. The sessions will take place in a private session guided by our Level 3 Personal Trainer coaches. We absolutely guarantee you’ll get results. we're that confident in what we do. If you stick to the program and don't make progress, we'll happily refund you.
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
12 x Small Group Personal Training sessions. These will delivered in small groups with no more than 5 clients to your assigned PT. This is designed to get you Personal Train with like a minded community group at a lower cost than 1:1 PT. Weekly check-in, nutrition support and full access to the gym in addition to your PT sessions.
