Limited Gym Memberships
We will have a limited number of gym memberships available. Each gym member will receive a carefully tailored programme designed to your goals by one of our PTs. You will receive a consultation with your assigned PT monthly. We will be operating a waiting list and we will open up new joining slots monthly.
Small Group PT Memberships
All the benefits of tier 1 plus 12 x PT sessions. These will delivered in small groups with no more than 4 clients to your assigned PT. This is designed to get you Personal Training results whilst training with like a minded community group at a lower cost than 1:1 PT.
Weekly check-in, nutrition support and access to the gym outwith your PT sessions.
