Citypark Fitness is Glasgow's leading independent gym. We have a team of expert Personal Trainers on site who will help you achieve your fitness goals.

 

Citypark Fitness is a friendly, welcoming environment that supports everyone. We have a great range of high quality equipment to suit all fitness levels.

We have everything you need across our 3 gym areas! We have weights areas and lifting rooms, the vert best cardio machines, fixed resistance machines and plate loaded machines.

All of our Team are qualified Level 3 Personal Trainers with years of success and experience in the industry.

We have fully equipped changing rooms and showers and there is is also site parking too!

Choose a rolling monthly membership option or lock in for a longer term and take the 12 month membership.

FEMALE ONLY GROUP PT

 

The sessions are lead by our fantastic team of Coaches. We deliver four different sessions per week:

Sessions run 7 days a week from 6am through to 8pm with over 90 across the week to choose from. 

The sessions are delivered in small groups of likeminded ladies with similar goals and fitness levels. Focusing on form and technique, we'll teach you how to use the gym equipment, we'll use weights, show you how to do some of the big compound movements and support your progress weekly.

In addition you'll have an allocated Transformation Coach who will support you throughout your time. We'll give you full nutrition guidance, set goals with you and hold you to account.

We'll build your confidence, help you achieve your goals and have fun along the way.

The sessions are lead by our fantastic team of Coaches. 

You can choose from 1, 2 or 3 PT Sessions Per Week

We will chat to your about your goals and availability and plan in your PT sessions with you

In addition to your Personal Training Sessions your Personal Trainer will support you with nutrition advice, meal plans and will be driving you to achieve your goals!

We'll build your confidence, help you achieve your goals and have fun along the way.
