5. BEGINNER AND ADVANCED WORKOUTS
We have recorded workouts that you can follow to ensure you are on the right track. This is not just short clips of us doing some exercises and a plan for you to follow. We do the workouts with you. The full thing, we will be sweating and working hard alongside you.
6. TAKEAWAY / FAST FOOD GUIDES
Education is key. We don't like to use the term cheat meals either. Lets call it what it is, if you get a takeaway will most likely be opting for a meal that is higher in calories. You might be choosing a takeaway for a whole range of reasons; convenience, the taste, maybe the social aspect of sharing a takeaway with someone or maybe a combination of all these reasons. We think that is OK and lets be honest it's realistic!

We will be communicating with you via email every day. The aim of our emails is to give you that extra bit of advice, the extra tip or reminder that keeps you on track.
9. NUTRITION EBOOK
We want to educate you so you can continue your journey over the long term. We will teach you the fundamentals of nutrition and this will empower you to have the knowledge to change your habits in the long term! There is also recipe section which gives you examples of meal plans for an example day with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks at various daily calorie totals.
10. DAILY ACCOUNTABILITY
Daily accountability will be vital to your success. All we want you to do is fill out a short form every night. You will set goals in the morning and keep yourself accountable in the evening.
