WHAT YOU GET FROM US

Access to our Wellness Classes

Our timetable is varied with classes over four days a week. More sessions will be added as demand grows. Full details of our classes can be found below.

Our Classes will be held within a private floor, completely separate to the hustle and bustle of the gym space! A quiet, bright and spacious studio awaits.

Classes are available to everyone with an active Wellness Membership or Day Pass. Our Female Group PT Unlimited Members have full access to these classes as part of their membership.

Our Wellness Membership is £30 a month and gives you full and unlimited access to our Wellness Classes. 

Or book a one off class for £10 by selecting "Day Pass" from our membership options. This entitles you to one entry within a one month period.

Suitability

These classes are suitable for all fitness levels. They are a fantastic addition to your workout schedule for those who are already active. For those who aren't they are a great way to start exercising under the guidance of our amazing teachers. Classes are suitable for people who are pregnant too - just consult your doctor before you start to be sure.

Monthly Recipe Book

Each month you're with us you'll receive a fresh recipe book - we call it our Food Bible! Stacked with loads of healthy options, you'll have loads to choose from. Different ideas for each meal of the day, plus snacks and themed depending on the month. Each recipe is simple and already has the breakdown of macronutrients and barcodes to scan directly onto MyFitnessPal.

You can expect an energising flow suitable for all levels, no experience is necessary. The session will include breathwork, meditation and a creative flow that will strengthen, lengthen and mobilise the whole body. The aim of the session is to build strength, improve flexibility / mobility and create harmony in the body and mind.

THURSDAY @ 6pm

We will explore the more calming practices in yoga. A combination of Yin yoga, breathwork and myofascial release techniques will be explored. The aim of these sessions are to create space in the body and mind, improve flexibility and suitable for all levels, no experience is necessary.

WHAT IS YIN YOGA?

Yin Yoga is a calming, meditative practice working on the deep connective tissues, bones and joints. Longer holds strengthen the body and mind leaving you relaxed and revitalised. It is routed in Chinese medicine, working with the meridian energy systems to keep you balanced and in good health.

Both sessions are wonderful stand alone practices to reduce stress, inflammation and improve mental and physical wellbeing / connection. If you already have a workout routine or strength practice these sessions will be highly beneficial in relation to lung function, mental clarity and over all performance.

PILATES

Pilates involves movements to strengthen the body, then flowing through stretches to
create space in the muscles. This is a full-body experience, so expect to build heat as
we move through exercises designed to build core strength, balance, control and
precision. Great for those who regularly practice or those interested but have yet to
take the first step.

 

Listening to your body is always welcome in this class - sometimes
you'll feel full of energy, and sometimes you'll feel tired - both are fine and taking it
easy is never a problem. We will sometimes use props such as Pilates balls, light weights,
bands and blocks. This is a great class to complement your personal training sessions -
we will lengthen tight muscles and create a mind-body connection that will help you
gain a deeper awareness of your body during workouts and in daily life.

 

Pregnant students should consult with their GP before attending.
