WHAT TO EXPECT

Our Lift sessions focus on technique, progressive overload and celebrating your personal bests - no matter your starting point. you'll get stronger, move better and lift with confidence.
PRIVATE FEMALE ONLY PT SESSIONS
Minimum of 2 "Lift" Group PT sessions a week at our independent and friendly Glasgow gym. The sessions will take place in our private studio guided by our amazing team of Coaches.
THIS IS NOT A GYM CLASS
This is not a one-size-fits-all gym class. You'll be lifting weights and doing big compound movements - like deadlifts & squats. Your Coach will show you the right form and technique to do these safely and effectively. You'll record what you do and we'll push you to progress next time. Perfect your form, build strength you can feel.
ACCOUNTABILTY
You'll work with our amazing team of motivational Coaches. They'll push you to deliver your best. We'll also hold you to account for what you do away from the sessions too. From what you eat to how much you move across each day.
121 SUPPORT - PERSONAL COACH
One of our expert Coaches will be assigned as your very own personal Coach. They'll set goals with you, check in and can track and measure your progress with you. They'll be on hand every day to make sure you stay on track and get results without feeling confused and overwhelmed.
FLEXIBLE DIETING & NUTRITION COACHING
You will receive nutrition advice that is individualised to you. We use a flexible approach so you can build a stronger, leaner, more defined body without having to go on a restrictive "diet" or eat chicken and broccoli for every meal! You will receive access to our library of recipe guides, with more added each month.
All recipes are calories and macro counted and can be tracked on MyFitnessPal if you wish.
THE TIMETABLE
Our girls commit to coming at set days and times where possible. We do however offer flexibility. You'll be given access to our App which allows you to cancel and rebook a session where needed. We can also offer full flexibility for those whose lifestyles don't allow for set schedules.
Morning Groups:
> 6am, 7am & 10am - Monday to Friday
> 9am & 10am - Saturday
> 10am - Sunday
Evening Groups:
> 5pm, 6pm & 7pm - Monday to Friday
